Adaptive reuse of an industrial building The shoreline is tending to get privatised by new apartments, creating publicly uninviting areas and pushing industry out of towns. My project looks at how one can combine these and create a diversity, where there are both aspects from industry kept, with new apartments and inviting towards a public shoreline. working with small details to encourage potential interaction between different people
